Full payment will be taken at time of booking and once purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets are issued by email only and a printed copy must be brought to the event to gain entry. If an event is cancelled, we will offer you a refund. If there are substantial changes to the event itself as advertised, we will notify you beforehand and may offer an alternative or a refund. Refunds exclude processing costs and will be credited to the card used for the original transaction.
